Dating back certainly to the 16th Century and some would say earlier the 36 slot disk is a wonderful tool for making braids, friendship bracelets and items to decorate you clothes and accessories. The disks are made from native hardwoods which are either obtained from sustainable forests in the UK and Europe or upcycled from what some consider fire wood!

We wrote the booklet specifically to compliment our disk, giving instructions for both round and flat braids, it has an overlay with numbers to help you learn the various patterns and pins to attach to the disk. the booklet is available in English, French, German or Dutch, please specify which language you would prefer.

Three naturally dyed wools complete the kit.
